REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

FyerX is committed to providing transparent and fair refund and cancellation processes. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the transaction date, provided the service has not been rendered or the digital goods have not been accessed/downloaded.

  • Products or services specifically marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible.

2. Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund, send an email to finance@fyerx.com with your transaction ID and reason for refund.

  • All refund requests will be reviewed; eligible requests will be processed promptly.

3. Refund Timeframe

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be returned using the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Terms

  • Orders for products/services may be cancelled before dispatch or before service commencement.

  • Once services have been fulfilled or products dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds on services already rendered or on digital products accessed/downloaded.

  • Orders cancelled after fulfillment are not eligible for a refund.

6. Exceptions

  • If there is an error in payment processing (such as double payment or unsuccessful transaction), please notify finance@fyerx.com immediately and eligible amounts will be refunded within 7 business days.
