FyerX is committed to providing transparent and fair refund and cancellation processes. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the transaction date, provided the service has not been rendered or the digital goods have not been accessed/downloaded.
Products or services specifically marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible.
To request a refund, send an email to finance@fyerx.com with your transaction ID and reason for refund.
All refund requests will be reviewed; eligible requests will be processed promptly.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be returned using the original payment method.
Orders for products/services may be cancelled before dispatch or before service commencement.
Once services have been fulfilled or products dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
No refunds on services already rendered or on digital products accessed/downloaded.
Orders cancelled after fulfillment are not eligible for a refund.
